Target Group

The website was targeted at customers who consume food-supplements and MLM agents who organize sales and customer consulting online.

Goal

Website's goal is to generate and sustain financial gain through e-commerce services, ensure credibility and popularity through information services and summon more vendors through affiliate marketing offers. The scope of the project was to incorporate a functioning MLM structure, features for the promotion and selling of company products, as well as for the registration of new clients (structure participants) and provision of informational services.

Objectives

Multilevel marketing strategy is a time-proven business model that incorporates a lot of information that can not be properly envisaged and evaluated by customers independently. The web site had to be structured so that customers and all product vendors on any level could easily locate the information they require. Therefore we had to create a system which would have:

• secure financial transaction mechanism
• multilingual interface
• system for customer weight loss consulting
• automatic e-mail notifications system
• customer feedback registration
• global statistics, etc.

Challenge

PM International was a large-scale project that involved many changing requirements. Program-Ace had to organize ongoing development and support for this website, which includes implementation of features update within a short time frame (such as online shop, adding of subcategories, changing website structure, adding of multimedia features etc. Program-Ace needs to work fast and create flexible features that can be rapidly altered in the future.
